Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Montessori Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Montessori method, a nurturing attitude, and a commitment to supporting each child’s unique learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Implement the Montessori curriculum to create a child-centered, hands-on learning environment.
Guide children in self-directed learning activities.
Maintain a prepared environment that fosters independence and creativity.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress.
Collaborate with other teachers to plan curriculum and classroom activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
A minimum of 1 years of experience in a Montessori setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, and independence in children.
